The contract is finished

Hooray! I am so happy that the two years and a half contract with my internet provider are finished.  Yes, I am paying it and I am so happy about it.  My monthly subscription now will be lesser compared to the last two years.  I am satisfied with my current internet provider, however, few months ago I have encountered problems like no internet connection for weeks and sometimes very slow connection.  When I went to their nearest branch, they will just tell me because of the weather.  But even if the weather is good, I sometimes having problem connecting online.

Due to this issue, I am confused now if were to continue my subscription or transfer to new internet provider.  I so love my current provider because the plug-it kit they have that allow me to bring anytime, anywhere.  I do not have to worry if I am out of the house because I can bring with me my laptop and my plug-it kit.  So, wherever I go, I am still connection without depending to Wi-Fi hotspot.  The internet provider that I want to transfer does not have plug-it kit that is why I haven’t decided yet if I were to stay or transfer to new provider.

 I hope to decide soon because my contract ends this month.  If I were you, would you stay or move to new internet provider?

Is acting up again

For the past two weeks, my internet connection is acting up.  This is not the first time though, but the latter is the worse.  I can’t even have a single signal.  I cannot update my blogs nor do my stuffs online because my internet connection is not cooperating well.  I went to my provider and they told me that my internet connection is fine.  I do not know what to think about, I cannot force them to fix it because when they check my internet status it is fine.  I don’t buy their reason telling me about the area where I live because I have been their subscriber for two and a half years now and haven’t experience the worse that this.

I beg them to please do something about my connection because I have lots of things to do online.  Also my bread and butter are my online job.  I cannot just sit down and wait for when will I’ll be able to have connection because my work will be sacrifice.  I am tempted to upgrade from 3G to 4G but I did not do it because I have prioritise.  I hope that my internet connection will stop acting up for me to finish my job.

Internet connection is acting badly

I know this is not a new post because I have posted about having problem with my internet connection before.  But what I have experience now is worse.  I can’t login and can’t browse a single browser.  I always see this “Connection was reset” in my screen.  I am screaming, uttering bad words, and complaining to my friends about my bat internet connection.  But those does not help at all.  I guess I have to go to my provider to let them aware about my internet connection’s acting badly lately.  I am just worried that they will tell me the same thing.  Yes, I have complained more than once for the pass months already and they just told me that they are fixing the technical issues.  Which I do not know what it is all about.

The thought of they will just give me the same reason, I opted not to go to the providers office.  I just be patient and wait till the window is fully loaded.  It takes minutes really, but there is nothing I can do.  I’ll be going to their office to pay my bill.  I will take the opportunity again to tell them about my internet connection issues then.  I hope they will give me different answer/reason.  And hopefully my internet will be better.
