How to work on your weak points? How do you deal with your weaknesses?
Some of us are bothered by these questions. Nobody is perfect. We do have strength and weaknesses, but some people prefer to call it ‘ areas of improvements’. Sometimes we are afraid to deal with people because we are having problems. Problem that our weaknesses are overpowering us to bring the best in us. Afraid that people might notice our weakness and might use it against us especially in work places. We find it hard to build up our skills because we are scared to commit mistakes and ruin everything.
If we are having this kind of problem, we need to come out in the open and tell your concerns and things that you are afraid of. Find a way to work in your weaknesses. We have to admit our weaknesses and let them aware of your problems. We need a support from other people to boost our self-confidence and self-esteem. We will never know what other can help us if we are not letting the know whats bothering us.
And we will never know what is enstore for us if we never let it out and let others know. Embrace your weaknesses and do your best to make it your strength in the long run.
